DELIVERERS

A person whose job is to deliver packages, merchandise or documents to individuals, companies or institutions. Deliverymen transport goods either from the factory where they are produced to the points of sale, or from the store to the consumer’s home. To do his job, the deliveryman can make the journey on foot or use different means of transport such as bicycle, motorcycle, car, van or truck. The delivery driver’s duties include delivering the goods to the right place and collecting payment for them or, where appropriate, receiving a receipt or receipt for the delivery.
