PERIMETRAL CLOSURE

Governmental measure that consists of closing the borders of an autonomous community or a municipality, with the purpose of limiting the mobility of people between places with different incidence of the pandemic. Internal movement of people is not restricted unless there are simultaneous measures (e.g., nighttime confinement).
