Lucas Desbordes

Lucas Desbordes was born in Bordeaux in 1999. He is a student of architecture in Bordeaux. His stay in Spain was born from the desire to discover a new culture, new people and above all to pronounce his surname in Spanish.

Since he was very young, he has been interested in drawing, food and the sea. He is fascinated by the relationship between the old and the new in architecture, i.e. how it is possible today to combine, add and superimpose historical and modern elements in the same building. He became aware of this way of doing architecture through his observations in the city, when he came across entire extensions or simply preserved facades in front of new buildings that form a magical synergy. It is a work on this synergy between old and new that he develops for Pandemic City.
