Project Description

TAKE THE TIME TO …

A field has a very strong relationship with time. As during confinement we are locked in our house. Our house will become a place where taking time is a necessity, the house not as a place of passage, but as a place of life. In our society, for many people, the house is a sleeping place, by the way, and the author Mona Chalet wrote a book called “Chez soi” that talks about the importance of appropriating their place of life, their houses, and that all the things that are in their houses are very important as the things outside. The relationship that we can have with the banks outside is not as important as the relationships that we can have inside them.
You have talked about how important it is to reappropriate the domestic space and that it is often overlooked in favor of the appropriation of public space (bar, cafeteria, restaurant). Using the domestic universe during the confinement is taking the time to observe this environment.

The idea here is to put on the walls of a passing wasteland, the history of the time that passes during the state of alarm on the issue of the bank. It is to be in a place of passage (streets) that yesterday was a flat and that today is a place of passage with the traces of before. Take the time to look at what is happening outside.
